  • What payment methods are accepted in the online store?
    You can pay for your purchases with us through PayPal, Fondy payment gateway, Visa, Master Card, Maestro payment cards, and Klarna payments.
  • How much does shipping cost in the store?
    The shipping cost in the store depends on the country you are ordering to: Germany & Poland: 7 Euro Europe: 12 Euro Delivery outside the European Union only on request.
  • How can I track my package?
    After we send the product to you, you will receive a link to track your package from us. Please pay attention to where the package is.
  • When will the package be sent to me?
    If you place your order by 12:00 PM, the package will be shipped from our warehouse the same day.
  • What if I don't receive the package on time?
    If the package is sent to the address provided when placing the order and is returned to us, you will be responsible for the return costs. After the package is sent, you will receive information with a tracking link, so please check the package's route.
  • What if I provide an incorrect shipping address?
    We try to send orders as quickly as possible, and for logistical reasons, we cannot change the shipping address. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Can I make a complaint about the product?
    Yes, you can. Our products have a 2-year warranty. During this time, if the product breaks, you can send it back to us - we will fix it! ;)
  • How can I return a product?
    Remember that you can return the product within 14 days without giving a reason. You can use the return form for this purpose or inform us about it by email. From the moment you inform us, you have 14 days to return the product to the address you will find in the regulations*. The cost of returning the product is your responsibility.
  • Where should I return the product?

  • What if I want to exchange the product for a different model or size?
    We do not exchange products. If you would like a different model or size, you must return the item and place a new order.
  • How to care for Stachowicz RTW products?
    Remember to wipe the backpack or fanny pack with a damp cotton cloth (not dyed) from time to time. Try to keep the backpack in a closed cabinet or protective bag to avoid dust accumulation. Do not dry clean - the safest solution is hand washing in lukewarm water and with gentle detergents. To keep the shape of the backpacks and fanny packs when not in use, you can put paper inside to maintain their shape.
  • Where do we produce our products?
    All our products are sewn in a sewing room in Poland in Nowa Sól. We sew in limited quantities and ethical working conditions.
  • Do discount codes stack?
    No, discount codes do not stack - during checkout, you can only use one code and enter it into the shopping cart.
